PRICE AND BOOKING INFORMATION - Suites & rooms
The legally required local tax of 2.30 € per person/night will be added to the price. Exceptions: Children under 14 years of age. This is used for the conservation of our region’s natural and cultural treasures.
Cancellation fees
- In the case of cancellation, late arrival, or premature departure, we must charge all guests the legally prescribed vacant room fee. We hope for your understanding insofar as empty rooms represent a major business loss for us. In order to avoid having to pay any cancellation fees, we recommend that you obtain Travel Cancellation Insurance. We would be happy to send you further information on this matter.
- Cancellation from 60 to 30 days before arrival: 100,00 € handling fee
- You can cancel without any penalty up until 1 month before the date of arrival.
- From 1 month to 7 days from the date of arrival, we charge 70% of the total amount of the stay.
- From 7 days to the date of arrival, we charge 90% of the total amount of the stay.
- We hope that you will understand that in the event of an early departure, late arrival or non-arrival you will be charged the full amount (100 percent) of the booked stay.
Payment
We accept payments by cash, Visa, Master and EC Card. In Italy cash payments are allowed up to a maximum of 4.999,99.- €.
Cancellation insurance
The very word ‘cancellation’ sounds annoying, and unfortunately it is. It is a shame for a room to remain empty when other guests could have booked it. So that you do not experience any unpleasant surprises, we recommend that you take out the very reasonable HOGAST travel cancellation insurance (6% of the total amount). This eliminates the following cancellation costs for you:
- Cancellation fee for non-commencement of travel (no self-deduction)
- Interruption of travel
- Late arrival for your booked stay
- Involuntary holiday extension
- Search and rescue costs
The cancellation insurance is taken out at the same time as the room booking.

- Single room supplement
Single occupancy of a double room or suite will incur a 50-90% surcharge.
- Late check out
On request and subject to availability.
- New Year’s eve stay
For New Year's Eve stays, we charge a supplement of 59.00 € per person (children depending on age)
- Weekend and bank holiday supplement
- Beauty & wellness appointments
For no-shows for beauty appointments without cancellation in time (at least 24 hours prior to the appointment) we charge 100% of the total amount. Our SPA team is extremely committed to your well-being, so it is important for everyone that you turn up on time for your booked appointment, otherwise your treatment time will need to be shortened accordingly.
- Dogs
Only with prior booking. We charge 15 € per night (food not included) Please bring bedding for your dog with you. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurants, dining room, lounges, spa area or in sun lounge area. Dogs must be kept on a lead in the park. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet. We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee (30-50 €).

Arrival and departure
On the day of your arrival, your room will be ready from about 3:00 p.m.
On your day of departure, we request that you depart your room by 11:00 a.m. Please inform us by telephone if you intend to arrive after 7:00 p.m. For guests arriving by e-car, we have 2 Tesla charging stations and 1 universal charging station.
Booking specific room numbers
We are happy to accommodate special room requests, but we cannot guarantee reservations of specific room numbers or floors.
Package deals
Our offers cannot be combined with other offers. No discounts can be made for unused services within a package offer. No refunds can be given for services that have not ben used.
Non-smoking rooms
All rooms are non-smoking.
Items left behind
Please note that we are not responsible for any items left behind. We request notification within 1 week of departure if you wish us to forward any items left behind. Mailing will be cash on delivery.
