General hotel and booking information
Booking information and general terms and conditions from your 4-star hotel in Vipiteno. Conditions may vary depending on accommodation.
- Rates do not include the statutory local tax of €3.50 per person/night (not applicable to children under 14). This tax contributes to the preservation of our region’s natural and cultural treasures.
- In the event of cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, we must charge all guests the statutory vacant room supplement. To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance. We would be happy to send you further information on this matter.
- Cancellation from 60 to 30 days before arrival: €100 administrative charge.
- From 1 month to 7 days before your arrival date, we shall charge 70% of the total booking price.
- For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, 90% of the total amount of your stay will be payable.
- In the event of early departure, late arrival, or non-arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full amount (i.e. 100%) of the booking amount. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note: These cancellation conditions are independent of whether canceled rooms or suites are subsequently re-rented.
- We accept payments in cash, by Visa, Master or EC Card. In Italy, the maximum cash payment permitted is €4,999.99.
To avoid any unpleasant surprises and cancellation fees, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with HOGAST (6% of the total amount). This covers the following cancellation costs for you:
- Reimbursement of costs in the event of holiday cancellation (minus excess)
- Holiday curtailment
- Delayed arrival
- Involuntary extension of holiday
- Search and rescue costs
The travel cancellation insurance is taken out at the same time as the room booking.
- Single Occupancy Surcharge
A surcharge of 50–90% is applicable to single occupancy of double rooms or suites. - Late Check-Out
On request and subject to availability. - New Year’s Eve
New Year’s Eve stays incur a surcharge of €69 per person (surcharge for children is age-dependent). - Weekend and Public Holiday Surcharge
- Beauty & Wellness Appointments
No-shows without prior cancellation (at least 24 hours in advance) for spa and beauty treatments will be charged 100% of the fee. Your well-being is key, so we ask all our guests to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrival will regrettably mean a reduced treatment time. - Dogs
If you’re bringing a dog, let us know when booking your room. The charge for your dog is €18 per night. Please bring your own dog food and dog bed! Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants, dining room, lounges, wellness area, or sunbathing lawn. Dogs must be kept on a lead in the park. Owners shall be liable for any damage caused by their pet. We reserve the right to carry out a deep clean if necessary after your stay (€30–€50).

- Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, your room will be ready after 3 pm. If you plan on arriving after 7 pm, please notify us by telephone.
On the day you leave, please vacate your room by 11 am. Guests arriving in EVs will find 2 universal charging stations in the car park. - Booking information Specific Rooms
We are happy to accommodate special room requests, but cannot guarantee bookings for specific room numbers or floors. - Packages
Our offers cannot be combined with other offers. No discounts will be made for unused services included in the package. Unused services cannot be refunded. - Non-Smoking Rooms
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. - Lost & Found
We are not liable for items left behind by our guests. Please notify us within 1 week of departure if you would like us to send on any items left behind. Mailing will require cash on delivery.
